I do believe that the northernmost distillery in the world is Mackmyra in Sweden. See http://www.whiskyportal.com/distillery.asp?DistilleryID=2059.

Fiona,

The Nothern most distillery in Scotland indeed used to be Highland Park. They have however lost that title to a new distillery build in the Shetlands, called Blackwood distilleries (http://shetlandwhisky.com/). This latter distillery however has not launched any products yet. For a label it would have to be Highland park at this time.

The Shetland distillery has yet to be built, so the northernmost in Scotland is still Highland Park.

The northernmost in the world is Mackmyra in Sweden.

In a year or two the title will befall Norway, with a distillery planned in the town of Svolvær - read about it here.
