Fundada 1810 por James Ferguson
La primera destilería en Jura fue construida en el mismo emplazamiento en la primer década del S.XVII.
Inactiva entre 1914 y 1963.
También se la conoce como Craighouse Distillery, Caol'nan Eilean Distillery, Jura Distillery y Small Isles Distillery.
