Many of us appreciate fine chocolate and by the fact that you're visiting this website, I assume you appreciate good whisky too, but are the skills and end products of the Master Distillers and Master Chocolatiers really compatible. Is it possible to combine the myriad of whisky and chocolate flavours and find some heavenly delights?

For some time now I have been experimenting to find whisky & chocolate combinations which are not only a little unusual, but also push the boundaries of taste sensation into new dimensions.

It was a collection of dark chocolate - one of them was 71% cocoa. There was also an Orange flavoured dark chocolate, which seemed to go with our Rare Irish Whiskey (which has citrus fruits in the taste). It's definitely worth a try, but make sure its dark chocolate.

Let us know what you think. Hi,

A few months ago, we (The Wild Geese Irish Whiskey Collection) were exhibiting at a Whisky event, and our stand happened to be next to a chocolate brand called 'Chocolate & Love'. This was a collection of rich chocolate and a lot of visitors started to try the both together. I did so myself and it was a really interesting pairing. Has anyone else tried this? It depends on what kind of whiskey you have. Assuming you have a low end variety (just about anything that costs less than $25 for a 750ml bottle), the most popular mixes are with coke (Jack and Coke) or sour mix (whiskey sour). If you don't have sour mix, Squirt will work in a pinch.

I tried Quinta Ruban it have a good taste but  I have never tasted the Humboldt Fog cheese, so I can't suggest any thing for this and i have  got some information by http://forum.singaporeexpats.com/ftopic73128.html check it once.
