I have a bottle of whisky that is 37 yrs. old now. It is a Schenley O.F.C. Canadian whisky that has a certified label on it saying it is aged 8yrs. and that was back in Oct. 1976. Can anyone tell me what site I can go to, to find out how much it is worth and how I can sell it? thanks!

Ebay is your best bet. There is no central clearinghouse-type auction site for whiskey/whisky -- at least not one that's very active. The whiskey collector market is pretty small (though not non-existent, certainly), and bottlings like yours have industrial-sized production runs. Your bottle certainly is interesting, but its greatest worth might be enjoying it, or giving it as a gift to a whiskey-fan friend/relative.

Hi, I have a similar question...

...wondering if anyone can help me find out some information, or at least where I can go for more information.

A friend of mine received a bunch of old bottles of liquor from his late uncle who had owned a liquor store. There are several unopened bottles that date from 1939-1945.

One is called Old Southern Home and made by McKennan and Robbins. I can't find anything about this. From 1939.

Another is Guckenheimer whiskey, also unopened.
