Both malts are released by Independent Bottler Douglas Laing and are designed to be had with cigars (the Caol Ila works well with a Dominican Republic cigar and the Lochnagar works well with a Havana cigar. Whiskies and Cigars compliment each other rather than overblow the senses.)

Whisky & Cigar Review Challenge
 
This week's special offer also brings me nicely to our next news item this week, which is our NEW Whisky & Cigar Review Challenge!!
 
Think your up for the Challenge!!?? ...........
 
All you need to do is provide me with a review on your favourite (or not so favourite) whisky. 
 
A good review would be approximately 400 words and should include notes on a good cigar or two that would compliment the whisky.
 
Your reviews will then be put forward for our Whisky & Cigar Review Challenge, where 3 reviews will be posted to the website and independent judges will be sought to give their opinions on the reviews.
 
The Winner will receive a fine bottle of single malt whisky - details of which will be appearing on our website soon :-) So get those entries in to me as soon as possible mailto:laura@whisky-cigars.co.uk - laura@whisky-cigars.co.uk   - Also please contact me if you feel that you have just what it takes to be a judge of these reviews and I'd be happy to put your name on file and contact you as soon as the results have been posted.
