Legal shipping is problematic from the US. Only about a dozen states explicitly allow it. Many consider it a felony. Thus, finding a retailer willing to ship is rare.
That said, the following are options:
Illinois:
www.samswine.com
www.binnys.com

Missouri:
www.internetwines.com

California:
www.bevmo.com

The latter two are questionable -- InternetWines is just plain overpriced, and BevMo, I believe, has restricted shipping to California only because of the above-mentioned legalisms.
