Hi, im keen to invest in whisky. Don't really know much about it apart from searching google.

Can anyone give me some tips ?

Investing in whisky for profit is probably impossible, if you don't know the business from the inside. However, investing in whisky for drinking later is another story. You may get lucky and buy a cask with good whisky - but you can be equally unlucky and end up with stuff that was better used in blends.
 
Some of the distilleries in Scotland offer casks for sale to individuals. If you want to pursue an investment, then choose a distillery producing whisky you generally like...
