Is Bush Pilot (Canadian Whiskey) still being produced. If so, does anyone know of any vendors selling it?

IMHO this is one of the 10 best Whiskies ever... unfortunately it has not been bottled for at least four years (supposedly because of legal problems with the name). Some bottles are still gathering dust out there though. I heard of someone finding a couple this past month. I have bought everyone one I've seen for several years now.

There is a Canada only whisky called Century Reserve 15 year old (not the 13 or 21 year olds) that has a very similar profile.
