The only organic whisky that I know of is "Da Mhile" produced by Springbank. I think it was available as an (expensive) 7 year old. I have not tried it, but it has not gotten very favorable reviews.

Always nice reading old threads;i know of one organic single grain whisky,it`s coming from the Gruel distillery in Owen/Teck,Germany.Also Glenmorangie was busy with expiriments but i don`t know for certain if they continued doing so.

At http://www.valleibieren.nl/whisky - www.valleibieren.nl/whisky you can find another organic made whisky that uses only local barley& water.I`ve tasted it myself and frankly it is quite a good whisky, young but with a great taste and for future releases a big potential but if you want a bottle you have to hurry, only 200 bottles are out for this december.
